Hello! Lizy here with another challenge for you, this week a colour challenge! I am really enjoying setting these challenges and I hope you are enjoying entering them!

We've used Stampin' Up colour names for reference; however, you may use any companies' products for your cards as long as you match our colours as closely as possible. You may also use white, ivory, kraft, or black for your card base and layers, for image outlines, or for sentiments. However, in order to be considered for our weekly winners, you must not use any other colours.

Challenge #127 - Colours

Welcome to a new month of challenges here at CAS - Colours & Sketches!  It's Lizy here for this month's challenges, and I hope you like them and feel inspired to join in! Here is my first one, a colour challenge:

I was anxious to use some of the new Stampin' Up In Colors!  :-)  but if you don't own them yet, no worries - several of us on the Design Team don't have them yet, either.  Just use whatever product you have in your crafting stash that is close.  For color suggestions, you can click on the links below to our Design Team members' cards to see what we've used.  In addition to these colours, you may use white, cream, kraft, or black cardstock for card layers and those colours of ink for sentiments and image outlines.

Today the Design Team is excited to introduce our new Guest Designer program!  Each month, the names of all the Weekly Winners for the previous month will be put into a drawing.  One name will be selected and that person will be invited to be a Guest Design Team member for an upcoming month of challenges.

Hi everyone! For my final choice as hostess for this month I have chosen the theme of bunting (or pennants/banners if you prefer). Here in the UK, summer is well on its way and in my little part of the world the summer fayres and fetes are just round the corner. Of course, it may not be summer where you are so it will be interesting to see how you all interpret my sketch.
