Challenge #61 - Sketch

Hello!  It's Patricia here today, back again with another challenge.  This week I've drawn up the following sketch for you:

Deadline: Wednesday, February 19, 2014, 18.00 GMT

The sketch was designed for an A2 sized card (5.5" x 4.25"), but you may tweak it into a square if you'd prefer.  You're also welcome to flip or rotate the sketch when creating your card.  You can use any shape EXCEPT a rectangle or square in place of the starburst shape.
