Greetings! This week I am bringing you a simple, but classic sketch:

I am not particular about the shapes of the objects here - what I am looking for is a layering of elements with the top layer being dominant. Feel free to flip or rotate the sketch when creating your card.

I hope your September has been enjoyable - we are now at the halfway mark for the month! This week I've brought you another round of colors:

We've used Stampin' Up colour names for reference; however, you may use any companies' products for your cards as long as you match our colours as closely as possible. You may also add any neutral color (white, cream, brown, grey, black). I will also accept a small amount of blush if you are coloring human skin or animal cheeks. However, in order to be considered for our weekly winners, you must not use any other colours.

Challenge #189 - Colours

Hi folks, Karen here, bringing you the first September challenge (on September first too :). In the United States, September is when school starts (though, where I live, we start school in mid-August). The beginning of school is what had me picking primary colors for this first challenge. I did pick a blue that wasn't very bright so that you could be a little more creative (maybe blue leaves).
