Thank you to everyone who got into the holiday spirit with us in our last challenge of 2022! The Design Team loved seeing all of the creative entries!

The intent of Challenge #500 was to have our participants turn our challenges from 2022 into festive, seasonal cards.  We felt that for our Weekly Winners voting, we needed to focus our attention on the clean and simple cards that best represented the challenge chosen by the participants.  With that in mind, here are our Winners, listed in order of entry:

Challenge #501 - Colors

Hello everyone! Happy New Year! If you are new to us, we are a challenge blog dedicated to the Clean and Simple style of card making, and we alternate between color challenges and sketch challenges. If you have joined in our challenges in the past, we're glad you're here again!

This year we're changing our schedule, shifting to a bi-weekly format with a new challenge every two weeks. The first Tuesday of each month we'll start a color challenge, and the third Tuesday we'll introduce a sketch challenge. Each of them will be open for two weeks. On the occasion of a fifth Tuesday, there will be a double challenge combining colors with a sketch, and it will last for one week.

Michal here and I'm so excited to be the first host of 2023! Here's our first color challenge of the year, and we can't wait to see what you make:

For our color challenges, you must use all of the stated challenge colors. You may also use neutral colors; however, the challenge colors should be the most noticeable ones featured on your card. We use Stampin' Up color names for reference, but you are welcome to use any other companies' products as long as you match the challenge colors as closely as possible. Remember to make it CAS! :)

We have also restructured our Guest Designer program for 2023.  Four of our previous challenge participants will be creating with the team this year, each of them for a three-month period.
