Challenge #189 - Colours

Hi folks, Karen here, bringing you the first September challenge (on September first too :). In the United States, September is when school starts (though, where I live, we start school in mid-August). The beginning of school is what had me picking primary colors for this first challenge. I did pick a blue that wasn't very bright so that you could be a little more creative (maybe blue leaves).

We've used Stampin' Up colour names for reference; however, you may use any companies' products for your cards as long as you match our colours as closely as possible. You may also add any neutral color (white, cream, kraft, black). I will also accept a small amount of blush if you are coloring human skin or animal cheeks. However, in order to be considered for our weekly winners, you must not use any other colours.

Sketch Challenge #188

Hello!  It's Patricia here, closing out the month of August with a sketch challenge for you to try. 

In place of the oval shape, you may substitute any similar oblong shape without 90° corners.  This might be a good time to break out some of those older Spellbinders dies you have in your crafting supplies!  As always with our sketch challenges, you are welcome to flip or rotate the sketch when creating your card.
