Weekly Winners - Seasonal Challenge #351

Thank you to everyone who got into the holiday spirit with us in last week's challenge! The Design Team loved seeing all of the creative entries!

The intent of our Seasonal Challenge was to have our participants turn our challenges from 2019 into festive cards.  We felt that for our Weekly Winners voting, we needed to focus our attention on the clean and simple cards that best represented the sketch challenge or color challenge chosen by the participants.  With that in mind, here are our Winners, listed in order of entry into the challenge:

Hello, everyone!  It's Patricia here, blog manager of CC&S.

On behalf of the CAS Colours & Sketches Design Team, I want to extend our appreciation to our challenge participants for the support you give us by joining in our challenges each week.  We love  seeing your creative takes on our color combinations, sketches, and Timeless Tuesday double challenges.  *YOU* are what keeps our blog going, and we are genuinely grateful for all of you!

We would like to wish the happiest of holidays to all of our participants, and all the best to you in the coming year.  No matter what festivities you celebrate, we hope you will experience the love, happiness, wonder, peace, and magic of this special season.

We are going to be taking a break for a few weeks so that our followers and our design team will be able to spend time with their families and loved ones.  We'll be back for another year of challenges on Tuesday, January 7, 2020.  Until then, keep crafting, and take care!

Challenge #351 - A Clean and Simple Seasonal Challenge

Hello!  Here at CAS Colours & Sketches we're getting ready for the upcoming holiday season by going back through our challenges from the past 11 months and turning them into seasonal creations.

You can choose to make your seasonal card using any of our color, sketch, or double challenges from 2019.  If you're feeling ambitious, you can even combine one of our sketch challenges with one of our color challenges!  The graphics from all of our challenges can be found by clicking on the Past Challenges tabs at the top of the page. Our usual guidelines for all of our challenges apply to this challenge.  Remember to keep your card clean and simple in style!

Challenge #350 - Colors, and a Birthday Celebration!

Welcome!  It's party time here at CAS Colours & Sketches because we are celebrating our 350th challenge and our blog's 7th Birthday this week!  We are very thankful for our challenge participants who have made this amazing milestone possible.  Some of you have found us recently.  Others have been playing along over the years.  We thank all of you for your support!  We hope that you will continue to play along with us, creating our favorite style of cards. 

Patricia has chosen some festive colors for this week's challenge:

For our color challenges, you must use all of the stated challenge colors.  You may also use neutrals; however, the challenge colors should be the most noticeable ones featured on your card.  In order to be considered for our Weekly Winners, you must not use any other colors.  We've used Stampin' Up color names for reference; however, you may use any companies' products for your card as long as you match our colors as closely as possible.
