Colour Challenge #185

Welcome to the first challenge of August and my first time ever as the hostess. I really enjoyed a challenge here last year which was all greens and I thought that since there are heat waves on both sides of the atlantic, some nice cool blues would be refreshing. In case you're wondering who chose these colours, this is Liz.

We've used Stampin' Up colour names for reference; however, you may use any companies' products for your cards as long as you match our colours as closely as possible. You may also use white, ivory, kraft, or black for your card base and layers, for image outlines, or for sentiments. However, in order to be considered for our weekly winners, you must not use any other colours.

Colour Challenge #183

It's lovely to be hosting this week's challenge as we each take a turn during the months of July and August. We are in the middle of a mini heatwave here in the UK with many complaining that it's too hot (there's no pleasing some people)! Anyway, for my colour choices this week I looked back through our challenges and decided to show some love to three colours that haven't featured in our choices of late.
