Hi everyone and a warm welcome to our colour challenge for the first week in May. Another first for me (Stef) as this is my first ever post as a member of a challenge DT! I am so excited to be able to choose the colours and sketches for you this month; I had so many ideas but eventually managed to narrow them down to what I needed!
It's general election day here in the UK, where we choose which political party will govern our country for the next five years. I have, however, decided to keep well away from party political colours and have gone for the ones below. When I was in the Trafford Shopping Centre in Manchester a few weeks ago all the fashion shops seemed to have these colours in their windows so, in an effort to keep on trend, that has determined my choice for this week!
I look forward to visiting all your blogs over the coming month and seeing how you interpret my choices!
We've used Stampin' Up colour names for reference; however, you may use any companies' products
for your cards as long as you match our colours as closely as possible. You may also use white, ivory,
kraft, or black for your card base and layers, for image outlines, or for sentiments. However, in order to be considered for our weekly winners, you must not use any other colours.

Here is some inspiration from the design team to get your creative juices flowing:
Our challenge requirements are listed in the Challenge Rules tab. Please read them carefully before linking your card. Happy crafting!
