Hello, and happy Thursday! The weekend is just around the corner... but before we get to that, we have a sketch challenge for you to consider:
That angled layer behind the focal panel adds a fun touch, don't you think? Hint for sizing it: just cut it the same size as the focal panel, and then tilt it. You're welcome to rotate or flip the sketch when creating your card. If you prefer working with squares, you may change your card to a square format. Just make sure we can easily see the main idea of the sketch in your card, and remember to keep your card clean and simple in design.
Here is some inspiration from our awesome design team:
Our challenge requirements are listed in the Challenge Rules tab. Please read them carefully before linking your card. After you join in our sketch challenge this week, be sure to check in next week as we celebrate our blog's fourth birthday with our 200th challenge! There just might be some surprises in store... you'll have to wait and see! :) Happy crafting!
Wonderful inspiration from the DT as always, thanks for the great sketch to play with!
ReplyDeleteGreat inspiration for this very versatile sketch!
ReplyDeleteLove the sketch and enjoyed seeing the cards by the team! I'm trying to reach Patricia Hays, as she reached out to me on November 3. I responded on the same day (since she was asking a response by November 5) then when I hadn't heard back, I emailed again on the 7th to follow-up but I have heard nothing back. Please let me know if my emails reached you, Patricia. Thanks.
